1.Eligibility for Returns
- You may return your product under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 3Â days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Returns are applicable only for items purchased directly from the Duckout Footwear website or authorized outlets.
2.Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance.
- Damaged products caused by improper use or wear.
- Customized or personalized footwear.
3.Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-4Â business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
4.Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or product replacement, subject to stock availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or choose a different product of equal value.
5.Defective or Incorrect Items
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs
